| Sample | Weigh and powder 20 tablets. To a quantity of he powder containing 5 mg of Bromocription into a 100 ml volumetric flask, add 70 ml of methanol (50%) , shake for 30 minutes & dilute to 100 ml with the same solvent mixture. Mix well & filter. Measure the absorbance of the supernatant solution at the maximum at 305 nm, taking 144 as the value of A (1%; 1 cm) at the maximum at 305 nm. |
